What happens in one year's time when my years web hosting expires?
One month before the year's hosting expires we will invite you to renew the service. You are not obliged to accept, though our rates will remain highly competitive.
How can I, and when do I pay for the products?
We can accept cash, or guaranteed cheques. Our terms of business are 50% of the job value in advance of the project and 50% on delivery.
What additional benefits do I get by using Essential Profile?
When you become one of our customers you will be entitled to special offers on development tools for your business throughout the year (emailed). You also will be allocated a FREE space within our business forum which consists of useful links and other customers, therefore putting you in touch with other new businesses, therefore creating ideal networking opportunities for you.
What happens if my need incorporates a more bespoke approach to design and marketing?
Our sister company AV Communications is a bespoke marketing, PR, design
and new media agency and will be able to advise you on your requirements.

How long does the whole process take?
Approximately 21 days, but should you require your products more urgently please contact us and specify your deadline and we will endeavour to meet it.
I already have a website, can the money that would otherwise go towards the website go towards extra stationary?
