What if the stationery is delivered to me and there is a spelling mistake such as a digit in a phone number?

Essential Profile has a number of procedures in place to prevent such mistakes occurring. We will always check stationery details with you before they are sent to print as a final proofing. Once you have checked the PDF proof we will ask you to either post or fax back to us as proof of sign off. If you sign the details off as correct, but are in fact wrong, we cannot be held responsible.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the quality of print, we will investigate the matter and assist you in the best way we can.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the logo designs?

As customer satisfaction is our number one priority, we will do our very utmost to ensure you are happy with all design work. We ask you to carefully complete the creative brief order form outlining your preferences with regard to colours and shapes to assist us in the process. Our designers have many years experience conceptualising logos and will do their very best to meet the brief. We will allocate additional hours (within reason) to develop the logo to a point where you are happy with it.
